Description

Single row angular contact ball bearings can only bear axial load in one direction. When bearing radial load, additional axial force will be caused. And only limit the axial displacement of the shaft or housing in one direction. Angular contact ball bearings have a contact Angle of 40 degrees, so they can withstand large axial loads. Angular contact ball bearings are of a non-separable design with different shoulders on both sides of the inner and outer rings. In order to increase the bearing load capacity, one shoulder is machined lower so that the bearing can hold more steel balls.

Features

1. Bearings of general configuration group
General assembly bearings are specially machined so that when bearings are mounted close to each other, any combination can achieve a given internal clearance or preload, and an even load distribution, without the use of gaskets or similar devices.
Paired bearings are applied when the load carrying capacity of a single bearing is insufficient (using channeling configuration) or when combined loads or axial loads acting in two directions (using back-to-back or face-to-face configuration).
